Studio Administrator Shift Coverage & Attendance Policy

Be Yoga & Wellness has a fantastic staff that keeps everything running smoothly and the studio looking lovely.  We are very grateful for that .  Please follow the guidelines below to find coverage for an upcoming shift.

> Two Weeks Prior

If you know you will be unavailable for a shift and would like to request off , fill out the form below.

**If you fill this form out with two or more weeks you are not responsible for covering your shift.

< Two Weeks Prior

If it is less than two weeks before your shift and you need coverage…

-Email carmelfrontdesk@beyogaclt.com (carmel) or frontdesk@beyogaclt.com (dilworth) to see if someone can cover your shift.

-If the shift is picked up, please email info@beyogaclt.com with information about the substitution and you will receive a confirmation email shortly. Make sure to copy the person covering your shift.

**You are ultimately responsible for making sure the shift has coverage if it’s within two weeks.  If you get the shift covered and have received the confirmation email, you’re all set.  

48 Hours

If you have an emergency that requires that you miss a shift within 48 hours, please call one of the front desk managers.

**You are still responsible for the shift, however letting us know can help us find a solution.  Failing to let us know you are unable to make a shift will result in dismissal.

Please make sure to get your shifts covered.  In order to promote consistency & fairness- the following actions will take place if a shift that is your responsibility is not covered.

  • Once- Discussion with your mentor manager
  • Twice- Dismissal
