Join Kaitlin and Vivian for a special Slow Flow-Deep Stretch class benefitting WISE Community Doulas.
As the first organization of its kind in North Carolina, W.I.S.E. (Women In Support and
Empowerment) Community Doulas was formed to provide caring, sensitive, and culturally
appropriate doula support, for women of color; who lack the adequate resources needed, to afford doula
care. In case you haven’t heard this term before or are unsure what it means, a doula is a woman who
is trained to assist another woman during pregnancy and childbirth. A doula may also provide support to
the family after the baby is born. This supportive organization believes that everyone deserves access to
doula support during childbirth, especially those from under-served communities, for whom negative
disparities in birth outcomes are an unfortunate reality.

Location: Be Yoga Dilworth

Ladies, are you fed up with surface level conversations that dance around the thing(s) that need to be said?!? If your answer is YES, you will love this!
This offering will be open to 5 divine women in an intimate group coaching circle where the experience will be co-created with some delicious breath work and deep stretch to kick off the evening.
You will not have an agenda pushed on you. You will not be told how it has to go. The focus of the group will be chosen by the collective with a handful of ideas being provided (if necessary).
You will speak your truth. You will be present to connection and flow in a gentle and powerful way with everyone receiving the opportunity to participate as fully as their heart desires.
You will determine how the soulversation can be taken out into the “real” world so that the energy isn’t limited to the space and time we are in.
The investment for this transformative, soul nurturing time together will be $50 per person, and the rewards will be reaped forever if you choose it.
Dress in a way that will allow you to be comfortable for the duration of the event. Bringing a journal and something to write with is recommended.
